Position Overview:

Person will be responsible for identifying, developing, supporting and implementing software solutions.  This will include working with Agile PLM end users on day to day support and with process owners to identify continuous improvement opportunities and develop software solutions to support process effectiveness and efficiencies. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for:

 Ø  Work with end users on day to day support which includes but not limited to Agile training and usage, file access, performance, UI issues, etc.

Ø  Backend support in preparing and post activities of refreshes, projects IT regression testing, preparing data for other teams, etc.

Ø  Responsible for development of enhancements and implementations, debugging system level code of Agile SDK based business applications.

Ø  Receive Enhancement requests to current Agile PLM solutions from onsite lead. Analyze business processes, needs, and requests and recommend, Develop solutions using system standards and best practices

Ø  Write specification documents for Analysis and development – Functional Requirements, Technical Specs and Code review

Ø  Develop Configuration, Code migration documentation.

Ø  Train Agile suppliers or coordinate onboarding if required.

Requirements:

Ø  Master or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or Information Systems

Ø  At least 5 years of Oracle Agile PLM Business Systems Support and Development experience. Preferably Medical Device or life sciences industries.

Ø  Experience supporting, and administering Agile 9.3.3 or above.

Ø  Experience with Functional analysis of PLM or ERP systems. Working knowledge in one of the Supply chain modules of SAP or Oracle Apps is preferred.

Ø  Experience monitoring, and supporting Agile interface to SAP or similar ERP Systems is required.

Ø  Experience supporting, and developing Agile ACS code, Agile API SDK based customizations and developing Process Extensions is required.

Ø  Experience with Java based web applications is nice to have.

Ø  Experience with Java/J2EE, Excel API experience with ability to build reporting is nice to have.

Ø  Knowledge and understanding of Document Control, Manufacturing, and Engineering processes in a medical device company is nice to have.

Ø  Ability to work with minimum supervision or guidance is required.

Ø  Demonstrates understanding of basic networking concepts and Windows, Linux based PCs and servers.

Ø  Should be customer facing remotely through WebEx, phone calls or emails, with strong verbal and written communication skills for being able to support
